What We Believe

AI needs an owner, a process, and a return. It also plays by different rules.

Woz Digital is a St. Louis-based consultancy, focused on AI since early 2024, working with mid-market leaders across the Midwest, from finance and operations to HR and IT.

Effective AI is a balance, not a purchase.

Tools, the people who use them, and the processes the work runs on. Most companies fund the tools and skip the other two. That’s usually where the return went missing.

It's a system problem, not a building problem.

AI is billed by use, changes every few months, and gets things wrong with confidence. Another tool won’t give you control. A repeatable method will, and your team can learn it.

Prove it before you scale it.
