What does a fractional Chief AI Officer do?

A fractional Chief AI Officer gives you executive AI leadership without a full-time hire. We sit alongside your leadership team on the roadmap, governance, and investment decisions: what to build, in what order, and who runs it. The goal is your team’s capability. They should be able to build this skill without us. This is temporary on purpose. A Chief AI Officer is not a full-time role, and it should not be treated as one from the company side.

What does AI consulting cost?

Most engagements start with a fixed fee: one project to prove it out, a workshop, or Warm-Up, so you know the cost before committing to more. Ongoing work runs on a monthly retainer, typically a fraction of a full-time AI executive’s fully loaded cost. Each step is measured against what it returns before you commit to the next.

We are based in St. Louis, Missouri. We work with clients in the St. Louis metro, Missouri, the Midwest, and nationwide. Some of the work is remote. Some of it is in person. Workshops and working sessions run on site or virtually.
