It was co-developed with Dr. Bridget Wozniak, a licensed psychologist, because adoption depends as much on how people respond to change as on the technology itself. The phases connect, so you are building one operating system rather than buying disconnected projects.

Every engagement starts with a fixed-fee diagnostic (Warm-Up), so you know the cost before any ongoing commitment. Later phases run on a monthly retainer scoped to the work, typically a fraction of a full-time AI executive. Each phase proves its value before you commit to the next one.
